**Job Description**:
Technical Training Instructor will work with Life Cycle Services Business Unit to deliver Technical Trainings to Internal Employees

Lifecycle Services Business Unit focused on developing people by upgrading their technical skills and capabilities through trainings and talent development programs.

This training instructor’s major KPI is to deliver technical training courses on Rockwell Automation technologies and support training manager in delivering early career programs and talent development programs.

What Training Instructor expected to Do:

- Technical instructor will deliver technical training on Rockwell Automation technologies at our Training Facility in Singapore Office.
- Instructor will deliver technical trainings to Early Career Engineers (like Engineer-in-Trainee, Junior Engineer-in-Trainee, Interns who are joining Rockwell Automation)
- Instructor will act as lead instructor and helps Training Manager in training program schedule & execution plan.
- Instructor will work with Training Manager & with Asia Pacific technical team to identify additional labor share engineers on adhoc basis.
- Coordination with Logistics team to organize visa/hotel accommodation for the participants who are traveling from other countries to Singapore for training. - Upkeeping Training Workstation during non-training weeks/months, which includes managing assets, inventory evaluation & organize repair/replacement of failed parts in the training workstation.
- Work with Training Manager to identify productivity improvements and support new projects.
- Understand overall competency framework laid by the organization and support management initiatives.
- Work closely with Global RAU (North America) team and support training manager in implementing global recommended training modules/courses in the region.
- Technical instructor will have responsibility for updating current material/developing new training curriculum as required to maintain and grow the AP competency delivery courses.
- Any other tasks related to Training and relevant coordination activities

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education (SKEE) Expectations
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/science with minimum of 5+ years of work experience in Industrial Automation either in Projects, Services and/or Training Delivery
- Very good written and verbal communications in English
- Demonstrate accountability & able to act quickly.
- Collaborate with teams, colleagues across Asia Pacific & adaptive to changes. - Continuous Learning attitude - ability to learn new technologies and update skills and knowledge.
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and advocacy approach
- Analytical thinking and information seeking nature.
- Passionate on training delivery and to demonstrate composure during training delivery.
- Ability to coach, mentor the new joiners, participants & juniors
