- Promote, drive and manage productivity improvement initiatives to support community care providers in improving organizational efficiency, effectiveness and improve quality of care for the elderly
- Identify and develop ideas and initiatives that would contribute to quality and productivity improvement for the care providers
- Prepare reports to update management and other key stakeholders on progress of initiatives, budget utilisation and achievement of KPIs
- Manage productivity grants which includes tracking the progress of grant-related programmes and projects, budget utilisation and achievement of key performance indicators and funds disbursement
- Plan, organize and facilitate events and other platforms to build and sustain a quality and productivity improvement culture in the sector, including secretariat duties
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably with experience in project management
- Good project management skills, meticulous, resourceful with the ability to prioritise, manage escalation issues and provide resolutions and attention to details
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and conceptualization and problem-solving skills
- Possess the ability to work independently, self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
