We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.

Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

**The role**

People are at the heart of everything we do. With our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right As our People Intern, you will play an integral role in the building of our Love, Bonito team and family. You will work alongside the P&C team in creating a passionate and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty and innovation.

**Main responsibilities (including but not limited to)**
- Training_
- You will support training events, including communications pre
- and post
- training, technical support (video and audio check), attendance taking, facilitate break out rooms if necessary, and coordinate refreshments, including but not limited to budgeting, ordering and invoice submission.
- You will support the end-to-end coordination and delivery of a diverse range of projects and learning events both online and offline. This will include supporting the production of and updating of project plans, arranging meetings and ensuring systems and processes are established and projects delivered to agreed quality and timescales.
- You will support the design and production of digital learning solutions, from vetting needs, to setting the concept, creating scripts, to building it in our digital platforms. This might include recorded videos, animations and even in-house podcast production, besides building straight-forward e-learning content.
- You will support in curation of learning content and contribute with ideas on further development. This will include digital record-keeping and organisation, as well as building and creating communications plans
