**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead the development of the product roadmap for platform campaign initiatives, such as promotional events and trading bonus, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including local market, design, engineering, and data analysis to conceptualize and execute effective campaign features and tools.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to measure the impact of campaigns, test hypotheses, and derive actionable insights to drive product improvements.
- Advocate for quality engineering solutions and scalable architectural designs, while considering localization needs and maintaining a high level of system performance.
- Manage projects with efficient scope, timeline, and stakeholder coordination, prioritizing quick iterations and impactful results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**What We Look For In You**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the internet or e-commerce industry.
- Experience in promotions/campaigns/operations platform related product
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about problem-solving and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Self-motivated, independent, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
- Open to exploring new and innovative projects to drive product growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and present ideas effectively.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in different regions related to cryptocurrencies and promotional campaigns.
