As the Senior Product Manager at a dynamic tech agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of innovative digital products for a diverse client base. **Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research and requirements gathering to development and launch. Ensure the delivery of client-centric solutions by identifying opportunities, defining features, and managing the development process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client success teams to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies. Act as the liaison between technical teams and clients, translating business needs into actionable development tasks.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and goals, translating these into product strategies and customized solutions. Regularly update clients on progress, product performance, and next steps, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize client feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to make informed, data-driven decisions. Use analytics to track product performance and make adjustments to enhance client satisfaction and product success.
- Manage Timelines, Budgets, and Deliverables: Ensure that product initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope. Continuously monitor progress and address any risks or blockers that could impact delivery.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor junior product managers and foster a high-performance culture within the product team. Provide guidance on best practices in product development and support professional growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, presenting product roadmaps, progress updates, and performance reports. Foster strong relationships to align product objectives with stakeholder expectations.
- Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to drive innovation and keep products competitive. Proactively suggest new tools, processes, and methodologies to enhance product development.

**Qualifications**:
