**About the Role:
As an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead within the ERP Oracle team, you'll be the strategic interface for implementation, configuration, solution design, and support. Responsibilities include defining requirements, configuring and maintaining the finance module, and collaborating with IT groups and business users. You'll ensure clarity for Developers on business and functional specifications.

**Role and Responsibilities:
New Implementations:

- Act as the lead functional analyst for new system implementations, ensuring alignment with the client’s organizational objectives.

Gap Analysis and Solution Design:

- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and design optimal solutions for seamless integration with existing systems.

Client Requirement Translation:

- Translate client requirements into clear functional specifications, working closely to exceed expectations.

Workshops and Documentation:

- Conduct interviews and workshops to gather insights and create detailed functional specifications and project documentation.

Data Conversion and Customization Oversight:

- Develop and drive data conversion strategies, overseeing customization alignment with business needs.

Application Configuration and Demonstration:
User Testing and Deployment:

- Coordinate user testing, assess production readiness, and ensure smooth deployment transitions.

Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare comprehensive reports on Oracle Design and Implementation plans, project progress, and achievements.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

This role demands analytical skills, technical expertise, and effective communication to implement systems meeting business needs.

**Experience**:

- More than 7 years of proven functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM systems.
- proficiency in designing, implementing and optimizing Oracle EPM solutions.

**Education**:

- Masters in Engineering or Mathematics strongly preferred.

- Ability to design, implement, and maintain efficient EPM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in Oracle EPM environments.

- Experience managing and delivering successful Oracle EPM projects on time and within scope.

Certifications (preferred):

- Relevant certifications and expertise in Oracle EPM modules - FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, EPCM, and EDM.
