**Role and Responsibilities
Client Engagement:

- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations aligned with clients' objectives.

Project Management:

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct thorough data analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, showcasing recommendations and project outcomes.

**Requirements:
EPM Implementation Expertise:

- Minimum of four years of practical experience in EPM design and implementation in Financial Services business.
- Certifications as an Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Specialist and an Oracle Planning Implementation Specialist.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance or Data Analytics preferred.

Industry Background:

- Consulting experience working in finance technology systems, design, and implementation.

Technology Proficiency:

- Hands-on experience implementing ePBCS, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, and ARCS on various engagements.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Essbase, Groovy, and VBA.

Analytical Mindset:

- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to drive informed decision-making.

Educational Background:

- Graduated in the top 10% of the class at Queen’s University with a Commerce degree, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Data Analytics.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Proven ability to communicate project updates and findings clearly and concisely.

Additional Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Experience with Salesforce implementation is a plus.
