Singapore LTA Land Transport Authority Full time

You will be part of a team where you will plan the capacity of basic bus services and develop headway specifications together with bus service operators to ensure quality service delivery to commuters. As part of your portfolio, you will monitor performance of basic bus services through on-site surveys and data analysis and ensure its compliance with Bus Contracting Model (BCM) standards. You will work with other LTA department and bus service operators to cater for reliable and comfortable bus services under Bus Contracting Model (BCM). Through the use of big bus data, you will also provide assessment on the performance of bus services and the required number of buses for each impact scenario that you may be task to study. In addition, you will assist in the management and implementation of projects and service initiatives to enhance performance of basic bus service.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications preferably in engineering/statistic/mathematics field, with prior experience in data manipulation tools, such as SQL, Tableau, scripting languages or VBA macro, as a plus
- Keen eye for detail and have strong interest to dabble with data
