Reachfield Security is a Grade “A” Security Guards Agency that provides security personnel to various buildings, shopping centres, schools, factories in Singapore. - **Operations Executives/ Operations Manager ( with SS or SSS)** **$3500 to $4500** **Requirements**: 1. Possess PWM Security Supervisor (SS) cert or Senior Security Supervisor (SSS). Those without must be prepared to go for courses. 2. Prefer with experience in Customer Service or uniform group like Police or SAF/SCDF 3. Excellent communication skills and a "people" person. 4. Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, a good team player and ability to work very well with clients and security guards. 5. Prefer with driving license though it is not a must. 6. Do be prepared to stand by 24hrs and react to any emergency at sites. Willing & able to stand in as SSS or SS 7. Prefer with own vehicle (bike, van, car) though not a must Duties 1. In charge of Day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites. 2. Plan duty roster for your sites. Work closely and Co-ordinate with each site to do manpower forecast, planning for Relief Security Officers to be on sites when necessary. 3. Provide support for Operations Managers, Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues. Willing to stand-in as Security personnel if needed and willing to work 12-hour shift. 4. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organisation. 5. Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher courses on bomb threats & customer service. Train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients. 6. Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Able to carry out investigation and write reports. 8. Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on weekly basis. 9. Attend weekly meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit weekly / monthly report to management. 10.
