A **fast-paced and dynamic lifestyle consumer brand client** is looking for a dynamic** Head of Retail Projects** to join its regional office in Singapore.

**Key responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and project-manage construction activities across the region
- Select and manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective project delivery
- Oversee store design implementation, ensuring compliance with design objectives and guidelines
- Control project costs, maintain budgets and schedules, and optimize project execution
- Lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative environment for team members' success

**Key requirements**
- Experienced in project management, specifically in sizable/large retail fit-out projects in the Asia/SEA region.
- Strategic with hands-on approach
- Excellent in stakeholder management, including influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints, including travel at times under short notice

**Remuneration**
- Between S$100,000 and S$150,000 annual base, + additional variable performance bonus
