**Objective of role**

The Head of Retail Operations reports to the Managing Director and will have full responsibility for the success and growth of the Retail stores in Singapore and Malaysia within the business. Through building effective relationships with key stakeholders in the business such as Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance and HR, the Head of Retail will help drive in store results to achieve business success. The Head of Retail will also provide support to all field roles and Store Managers in the areas of coaching and development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create an enthusiastic and successful sales environment using initiative to implement key strategies for success
- Overseeing our stores in Singapore and Malaysia, mentoring and directing strategies for success and driving sales
- Nurturing high-level relationships with the District Manager/s and field team
- Evaluating information related to sales, promotions and competitors whilst implementing strategies to target key areas
- Monthly and Weekly reporting to analyse business trends across sales within each store
- Managing sales budgets as well as the P & L for each store alongside the District Manager and Store Managers
- Work directly with the District Manager to ensure store processes and procedures are embedded into the organisation
- Ensure a consistent approach to leading by working with the team to encourage a platform of continuous feedback and communication between Head Office and the Store Teams

**Key Requirements**
- Degree Holder in Business Administration
- 10 years of professional experience in the retail industry
- Strong commercial skills, good attention to detail and an eye for customer service
- Comfortable with financial (Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast, P&L)
- Strong management skills
- Strategic thinking
- Regional exposure
- Understands the importance of team culture and dynamics

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
