Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Accountability: Diligently follow up on client payments to ensure timely receipt.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor cleaning and other operational activities to guarantee adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
- Team Coordination: Support manpower discipline and ensure team members uphold operational protocols.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the project team to facilitate the smooth implementation of on-site operations.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their expectations regarding operational aspects.
- Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients by thoroughly understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for cost-effective solutions.
- Financial Performance: Diligently manage project costs to maintain healthy gross profit margins.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Exceptional analytical and logical problem-solving capabilities.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a strong sense of professional decorum, essential for client interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
