Production Planner Logistic Coordinator

- Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor the flow of products/materials through the complete production cycle.
- Monitor daily production status, including material shortages.
- Review, update and expedite production.
- Provide timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor to achieve customer delivery dates.
- Track production volume against purchasing expectations to ensure the correct number of products and manufacturing materials are always available.
- Collaborate with buyers or procurement teams to order materials.
- Ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and delays.
- Assist in processing customer shipment enquiries or complaints and schedule changes or cancellations for orders.
- Assist in arrangement handling, coordinating and monitoring documents relating to importing and exporting.
- Assist in managing in-bound and out-bound processing and inventory control.
- Assist in resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
- Assist in directing inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
- Assist in performing other works requested by superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of work experience in materials management within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management or any other related field.
- Exceptional coordination and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills for managing supplier and team interactions.
