**What You’ll Do**:

- Create **eye-catching short videos, motion graphics, social posts, static ads**, and **App Store assets**for Lobah Play.
- Design and animate promotional content for **TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Discord**, and other channels.
- Collaborate closely with the **Growth, Marketing, Product, and Creator teams**to bring campaigns to life.
- Continuously test and iterate content based on **performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS)**.
- Use tools like **Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, and CapCut AI**to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Build and maintain a high-quality **content library**tailored to different markets and audiences.
- Track creative trends, meme culture, and platform algorithms to ensure Lobah’s content stays viral and relevant.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-5 years of experience in **content creation, motion design, video editing, or visual storytelling**.
- Proficient in tools like **Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Figma**, or similar.
- Bonus: experience using **AI creative tools**like Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or ChatGPT for content generation.
- A portfolio that shows off your skills in creating **viral content**(especially short-form video or ads).
- Strong sense of aesthetics, pacing, humor, and social media trends.
- Self-driven, iterative, and obsessed with making content people want to share.
