Assistant Club Manager

The Asst. Club Manager / Club Manager is responsible for the organization, management, administration and supervision of all aspects of the Anytime Fitness Gym. A true ambassador of the Anytime Fitness Culture, he or she tirelessly injects the Anytime Fitness Cultural Values into its staff, members and community resulting in a harmonious environment of happiness, laughter, play, and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, troubleshooting, evaluating and completing payroll for fitness center and casual wage staff;
- updating staff training materials, Standard Operating Manuals;
- assisting with developing, adjusting and enforcing policies and procedures as stipulated by Anytime Fitness Asia; Maintaining Perfect Membership Records; budget management; equipment inventory and maintenance, including health and safety checks;
- overseeing risk management practices; effectively keeping and compiling ongoing patron usage statistics; enabling staff workshops and development, and developing community outreach programs.
- **Member Experience**:

- Ensure the personal training department is developing safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive personal training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals
- Monitor and instruct training staff on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment
- Develop educational systems for members on current health and fitness issues and trends
- Ensure consistent performance of staff when conducting fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening, Medical History, Lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend personal training programs
- Refer members to appropriate personal trainer level based on needs, when necessary
- Oversee that training staff completes and maintains accurate and current client files
- Ensure that Member Service requirements are met - duties may include the following:

- Fitness Assessments & Equipment Orientations
- Maintain Service Desk
- Facilitate Seminars
- Fitness Equipment Maintenance.

**Sales & Promotion**
- Promote and sell personal training programs and services and to distribute evenly across all training staff.
- Diligent Promotion of all Anytime Fitness programs, services and products
- Meeting and Exceeding all Gym Sales and Performance Targets
- Diligent supervision of Community Outreach Programs
- Designing and executing sales and marketing initiatives
- Design and execute member retention strategies

**Managerial & Supervisory**
- Ensure that all administrative requirements of the gym are met.
- Ensure the gym’s monthly performance is in accordance with the annual business plan as agreed with Franchisee/Owner
- Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, troubleshooting, evaluating and completing payroll for fitness center and casual wage staff.
- Updating staff training materials and Standard Operating Manuals when required.
- Assisting with developing, adjusting and enforcing policies and procedures as stipulated by Anytime Fitness Asia.
- Ensuring effective budget management.
- Manage equipment inventory and maintenance, including health and safety checks
- Overseeing risk management practices.
- Enabling staff workshops and encouraging staff development
- Keeping and compiling ongoing patron usage statistics
- Attend PT Department, “all club”, and one-on-one meetings.
- Complete all assigned Anytime Fitness’ Wellness University courses.
- Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
