**Key Responsibilities**
Financial Business Partner, Analysis and Reporting
- Manage and oversee the functions of financial performance review and analysis, management reporting, and costing of business units
- Drive, coordinate, prepare and track forecast, annual budget and forward-looking strategic plans with business units
- Partner business units closely to track business developments and forward-looking estimates to project financial landings for business units’ action plan
- Working with management to monitor performance against long term plans
- Prepare cash flow forecast and liaise with treasury team on funding arrangements

Project Advisory and Management
- Provide financial advice to business units on operations and business development projects, including financial projections to assess the viability of the projects.
- Co-ordinate with business units on the set-up of financial systems for new businesses

Accounting Practices and Financial Controls
- Co-ordinate with other finance functions to formulate, review and implement financial policies, procedures, internal controls and systems in line with the Group’s financial policies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems as part of the financial review

Others
- Process / Review payment transactions and other accounting functions as and when required
- Any ad-hoc assignments and projects

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
- Meticulous and cautious in completing tasks
- 5-10 years of Finance Business Partnering or FP&A background
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Practical knowledge of project management
- Ability to work using Excel and PowerPoint confidently
- Strong planning skills to support dynamic business requirements and meet tight reporting timelines
- High degree of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of S4 and Hyperion systems is an advantage
