Onsite Barista

PPP Coffee, formerly known as Papa Palheta, is a leading specialty coffee roaster in Singapore, with over 10 years of sourcing, roasting and serving specialty coffee to the community through its owner-operated F&B outlets, as well as its network of over 50 partner cafes, restaurants and offices. Established in 2009, PPP Coffee is also one of the first to launch a first-of-its-kind open-concept roastery housed in an Art Deco shophouse in the Jalan Besar precincts of Singapore.

As part of our plans to bring more communities together through coffee, PPP Coffee is looking for an onsite barista to support our growing list of B2B partners in the HOREA space, including but not limited to retailers, offices and co-working spaces.
- Responsible for the day-to-day preparation of food and drinks at the assigned outlet
- Perform barback duties such as cashiering and preparation of drinks from espressos to pour overs
- Maintain sufficient stock level at the bar and proper maintenance and care for all bar equipment
- Maintain a clean work area throughout the day
- Provide product recommendations for customers and interact with customers seated at the bar seats
- Mentor, guide and provide on-the-job training for junior staff

**Minimum Requirements**
- 5-day work week; 7am - 5pm from Mondays to Fridays
- GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
- Good understanding of the various types of coffee range
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a F&B industry; experience in coffee making preferred
- Service-oriented
- Able to communicate with a diverse group of people in written and spoken English
- Able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
