The Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech) develops high-value manufacturing technology and human capital to enhance Singapore’s manufacturing industry’s competitiveness and collaborates with various multinational and local companies in sectors such as precision engineering, medtech, aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, marine and semiconductor. It is a research institute of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).
- Strategizing and formulating R&D and industrial engagement plans to solve AM problem statements and advance AM adoption.
- Setting up initiative to drive AM adoption in the precision engineering sector.
- Preparing presentation materials for engagement with companies.
- Engaging companies in sectors such as precision engineering.
- Leading AM projects/tasks - including coordinate post-processing efforts to achieve end-to-end solutions for 3D printed components in industry projects - to deliver targeted outcomes leading to successes in the AM field.
- Working closely with industry development managers on developing ecosystem to deliver end-to-end AM solutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Material Science or equivalent).
- Demonstrated very good project leadership and track record in AM field as well as strong in-depth and relevant knowledge in AM and semiconductor area will be an added advantage.
- With 5 years of experience in AM in the industry field, and in the semi-conductor or other industry.
- Diligent and possess positive work attitude.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a team.
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills.
