**About the Team**:

- Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (Reg FP&A) team plays a vital role in shaping and defining the financial landscape of our organisation. The team provides strategic financial insight and decision support to top leadership. The team is responsible for short
- and long-term financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for the region and across businesses. Through robust financial modelling and performance tracking, the FP&A also enables effective resource allocation and enhances business profitability and efficiency across multiple markets.
- Part of the team that owns the preparation of Shopee management reports, short and long-term regional financial forecasts
- Act as a country PIC who partners closely with the local FP&A team to produce the most up-to-date insights into the country’s actual performance, prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, prepare variance analysis between actual and forecast and drive forecasting accuracy
- Perform regional consolidation for Actuals, Forecast and draw insights for senior management’s decision making
- Automate and improve the efficiency of different FP&A processes
- Define key performance metrics for the organisation, align with different groups of stakeholders, and implement the change
- Manage end-to-end special projects (e.g. problem definition, hypothesis testing) and implement change
- Mentor / manage junior team members

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree and above in any field
- Minimum 7 years of total experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or strategy consulting
- Exposure to e-Commerce, FMCG, and consumer technology is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, hands-on, organised, able to multitask effectively and deliver consistently good quality work
- Strong Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills
- Ability to prioritise and work in a highly dynamic and team-oriented environment
- Be able to drive projects end-to-end from defining the problem, solving, managing stakeholders, implementing and tracking
- Knowledge of programming languages (ie. SQL and Python) is advantageous
- Critical thinker and good problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- People management experience is a plus
