**Your new role**
- Monitor and manage billing cycles for various investment funds.
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct revenue analysis and identify trends and variances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with fund structures and billing requirements.
- Utilise advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and reporting.
- Create visual reports using Power BI or similar tools to present financial data clearly.
- Maintain organised records of all revenue-related transactions.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in invoicing and revenue tracking.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fund or capital markets administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills required.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI is preferred. Experience with accounting software like MYOB would be a bonus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
