**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a Halal Team Leader, responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s Halal certification status. This position is part time base, and able to work 2-3 days a week. Factory is located in Tampines area (nearest MRT : DTL Tampines West)
- Manage the process of obtaining and maintaining Halal certification for the company’s products.
- Ensure all MUIS requirements are met and documented. Communicate with MUIS for any inquires.
- Conduct regular internal audits to verify compliance with Halal standards. Address any non-compliance issues and recommended corrective actions.
- Conduct training sessions for staffs to raise awareness and understanding of Halal principles and practices. Ensure all staffs are knowledgeable about their roles in maintaining Halal compliance.
- Ensure all suppliers and vendors of Halal-compliant raw materials and ingredients maintain their Halal certification status.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to Halal compliance, including list of approved Halal-certified suppliers and ingredient list.
- Communicate with production / operation teams to ensure a unified approach to Halal compliance across the organization.
- Implement changes of Halal process and procedures. Ensure that all products and processes align with the principles of Halal certification.
