**Adoption Lead, Emerging Markets Data Analytics (DnA) IT**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Responsible for adoption of DnA IT capabilities from ingestion to insights in Emerging Markets
- E2E management of Value Realization Metrics for Emerging Markets DnA IT
- Track and update OKRs on monthly basis working with all stakeholders in Emerging Markets
- Responsible for automating the adoption metrics
- Develop scope and define backlog items that guides the adoption team
- Develop and maintain a clear and appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
- Work closely with other product owners, capability leads and stakeholders to ensure dependencies are managed to improve the overall adoption of the DnA IT capabilities

**Education Minimum Requirement**:

- Bachelor's Degree is required.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end internal customer experience integration and dependencies
- Experience in attaining Customer Success and Satisfaction
- Relationship management experience combined with DnA technical knowledge
- Collaborate with IT DnA team members and stake holders in the business as well as other resources from our partners to deliver on these needs. Fosters a culture of engaged colleagues through leadership, motivation and ensuring appropriate transparency in all actions and activities while holding self and team accountable for measured results. Serve as a role model for the broader organization
- Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Overall understanding of the cloud native technologies (mainly AWS)
- Good experience in technologies in DnA such as Clicksense
- Good communication skills and adept in management of stakeholders and their expectation
- Continuous learner with growth mindset
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Ability to define a product roadmap
