DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Manager, Partnerships Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Corporate and Industry Partnership (CIP) team focuses on enabling more organizations (both businesses and public sector agencies) to be a force for good in Singapore. Company of Good (COG) is our signature programme, and we work with other industry players to achieve strategic fit between societal needs and the company’s capabilities and aspirations.
This role will be a part of the Partnerships Development Team within CIP and will support the design and development of initiatives to engage more Champions of Good to become multipliers of the Company of Good network, working together with NVPC to strengthen the corporate purpose ecosystem.
**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Account Management of Champions of Good accounts to engage and activate them on opportunities to contribute to the Company of Good network and Corporate Purpose ecosystem
- Support the management and design of programmes and initiatives that will help companies advance along their corporate purpose journeys.
- Work closely with other teams to provide Champions of Good the value-add of being recognised as a Champion of Good
- Manage the organisation of the Purpose in Action sessions with our Champions of Good host. where required; develop and update continuously with relevant material.
- Other administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, with a demonstrated interest/experience in Corporate Purpose/CSR/ESG themes
- Minimum 4 years of engagement experience with corporate stakeholders
- Good understanding of working with corporates
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiating skills to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders
- Experience on creating and executing organizational change management strategies as part of a transformation.
- Experience of being part of the team working towards Corporate Purpose, CSR, or Sustainability.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Clear, logical thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Pleasant personality, great teamwork and good sense of accountability.
