To improve SHE and Security awareness, attitude and site culture. To improve and implement SHE and Security activities by performing the following duties personally or through the team.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Own and lead the safety culture.
- Be adept in DSM-Firmenich SHE standards, policies, LSRs, Requirements, systems, know-how.
- Be a problem solver, check for gaps and create corrective and preventive actions to close the gaps.
- Communicate with all levels from ground staff to management across local, regional and global functions.
- Drive ownership of SHE site leadership and increased presence.
- Embrace the current team gaps and bridge them to world class SHE operations with continuous improvements.

**You bring**
- WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health.
- Minimum 2 years’ of relevant knowledge/experience in Safety, Health and Environment management in Pharmaceutical, Food production or relevant industries.
- Knowledgeable of local SHE, Security, Quality, Operations and environmental compliance.
- Good literacy in Microsoft program package.
- Ability in producing report and developing SHE document.
- Drive for result, adaptability, effective intelligence, and team ability. Passion in Safety and injury free with strong mindset. Pragmatic with good self-organizing skills.
