Are you organized, people-oriented, and passionate about holistic healthcare? We are seeking a **Clinical Assistant / Front Desk Executive**to join our growing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and provide essential support to TCM physicians in day-to-day clinical operations.

This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a patient-focused environment and value the therapeutic philosophy of TCM.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome patients warmly and oversee front desk functions including appointment scheduling, patient registration, check-ins, and processing payments.
- Ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, and safe, including the upkeep of treatment rooms and sanitization of equipment.
- Confidently recommend appropriate treatments or wellness products, always prioritizing the patient’s well-being and clinic ethics.
- Contribute to the achievement of monthly clinic targets, working collaboratively to meet service and performance goals.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, offering support across various functions to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Respond promptly and clearly to all inquiries, whether via WhatsApp, phone, or in person, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Provide procedural or clerical support during consultations or treatments, helping TCM physicians deliver efficient patient care.
- Accurately manage patient information and clinical records, using digital tools to maintain documentation and data integrity.
- Guide patients through clinic procedures, including post-treatment care instructions and proper herbal medication usage, under guidance.
- Support inventory control and medication preparation, including the packaging, labelling, and restocking of clinical and herbal supplies.

**Required Skills and Competency**
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to maintain a tidy, professional environment, and understands infection control standards
- Collaborative team player under pressure
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational ability
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese (writing and conversational)
- Proficient with basic tech and clinic system (training will be provided)
- Prior experience in healthcare, or wellness settings, will have an advantage
