**Retail Operations Executive
**About this role**:
The Retail Operations Executive is a part of the Commercial team within the Novelas organization.

As a Retail Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our retail stores. You will work closely with the cross functional teams to store performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of retail operations, including inventory management and process improvement.

**What does success look like?**

Inventory Management:

- Oversee and optimize inventory levels, ensure products are adequately stocked, minimizing overstock, and reducing instances of stockouts.
- Implement inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage and ensure accurate stock counts.

Store Performance:

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to create an attractive shopping environment.

Process Improvement:

- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance the overall store efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in retail operations
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.
- Advanced analytical skills with expert MS Excel skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and point of sale (POS) systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
