We’re searching for a **Director** to be part of our **Information Technology** Department diverse team of talent. You will be reponsible for overseeing the information technology strategy and operations of an organization, expertise in a variety of technology areas, strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, and experienced in managing technology projects and budgets.

**What you will be working on**:
Developing and implementing the organization's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
-Leading and managing the IT department, including hiring and training staff, setting performance objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
-Managing the technology budget and ensuring the organization's investments in technology are aligned with business priorities.
-Ensuring the security of the organization's technology assets, including networks, data, and software.
Collaborating with other departments to identify and prioritize technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
-Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to technology use, data management, and cybersecurity.
-Staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends, and recommending new technology solutions as appropriate.
-Communicating effectively with executives and stakeholders about technology-related issues and initiatives.

**More About You**:

- Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
- Min 5 years in general management/management information position
- Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information, Staffing, Problem Solving, Developing Budgets, Coordination, Strategic Planning and Quality Management.
