**Job Description**:

- Run the Discipleship & Nurture ministry which includes developing a comprehensive Christian Education or Road Map, enabling people at every stage of life and different spiritual maturity levels, to be biblically grounded and to grow in intimacy with God.
- Organise the Baptism and Membership classes and Baptism services.
- Organise, facilitate and conduct courses, talks, Bible studies, Spiritual Formation courses, retreats and the annual Life Group convention.
- Visit Life Groups periodically to provide encouragement and support.
- Accompany pastors to serve Holy Communion to persons who are homebound.
- Care for persons who are homebound, the sick and bereaved families.
- Support pastors at wakes and funerals, including leading worship and preaching.
- Provide logistics and administrative support to Discipleship & Nuture, Life Groups and Pastoral Care ministries.
- Prepare the annual budget for the committee.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Theology or Divinity
- At least 2 years of relevant experience serving in areas of Christian Education
- Experience in pastoral care or small groups
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Strong organisational, communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Responsible and dependable
- Meticulous
