Collateral Management Services help clients source and mobilize their securities inventory rapidly, efficiently and optimally to meet multiple collateral obligations. The industry is moving into unchartered territory, and Euroclear as a long-established leader and innovator in collateral management, can add value by easing the collateral management burdens. Our team is working in different locations: Poland, Belgium and Hong Kong.

**Your part of the deal as Collateral Operations Analyst **, your responsibilities will include:

- Investigation and follow-up on custody or Corporate Action events processed on Collateral positions, including cash and securities realignment
- Processing collateral schedules/profile requests for draft and implementation in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing timely and accurately control queries, transaction processing (instructions input) and reporting generation
- Working and constantly coordinating with different internal stakeholders within Collateral Management Services and other operations teams in solving service issues and escalations raised by clients
- Providing assistance to Collateral client facing teams for queries related to operational processes
- Identifying ways to improve our risk resilience as well as efficiency and productivity
- Strictly follow the procedures/SOP to ensure processes complies with our internal controls; raise deviation and propose update in case of any procedure gap/s in the SOP

**Your profile**:

- You have general knowledge of financial markets and securities and you are eager to broaden your expertise in this field.
- You have very good analytical skills and can perform complex analysis; interpreting problems in their context and looking for information to solve them.
- You have excellent English communication skills, both in written and verbal, with internal clients, stakeholders across departments and locations.
- You can work autonomously and independently within a team environment and you take accountability for your actions and decisions.
- You are able to work under pressure, organized and flexible to face various deadlines and high volumes.
- You demonstrate strong client focus and can-do attitude.
- You are detail-minded, team-oriented and self-motivatedYour background in collateral management, settlement/trade processing or asset servicing is an advantage.
