Overview:

- Develop training programs for organizational members/distributors and customers
- Conduct pre - sales system demonstration and post - sales system installations and training
- Provide in-depth technical support and solution to our internal and eternal customers
- Integrate cohesively with the FAS team to achieve team objectives
- Support new product launches
- Suport commercial team to achieve team objectives

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation and training in alignment with SOP procedures with additional customization for customers as needed.
- Conduct technical training of internal staff or distributors in the relevant product areas.
- Coordinate technical and training material for internal and external use.
- Able to plan, manage and execute ongoing projects.

2. Sales/Marketing Support
- Primary responsibilities include supporting and growing the business of Bio-rad’s LSG portfolio (instrument & reagents).
- Ensure that any customer and/or market feedback is collected and passed on to the Sales team for follow-up, thereby assisting in identification of key customer reference sites and support appropriately to retain and build relationship.
- Assist and support in the preparation for trade shows, educational seminars etc. as required.
- Develop training programs for organizational members, distributors and customers in SEA.

3. Administration
- Maintain technical and training files/procedures in relevant areas of responsibility.
- Ensure all installation and training (including warranties/service contracts) details are recorded in appropriate file/BAAN.
- Work with CTS to ensure all ICCR detailed are recorded and filed appropriately.
- Conduct system installations, training and connectivity solutions.

4. Self-Development
- Implement Performance Management Plan.
- Implement Individual Development Plan.
- Success of demonstrations, evaluations and installations.
- Building specific product knowledge and competencies as required
- Maintain role as an effective team member (cross-training, sharing information etc).

Qualifications:

- Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical or Biosciences related fields
- At least 2-3 years technical experience in a life science laboratory, with strong technical understanding of laboratory procedures and changing trends
- Experienced in Molecular diagnostics, genomics, flow and/or chromatography experience
- Experienced in designing experiments and carrying them out, improving design through logic.
- Experienced in knowledge transfer and training a plus.
- Experienced in field installations and training a plus
- Experienced at building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction in a technical support environment
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive feedback
- Excellent solution provider and problem solving skills
- Results-driven
- Superior presentation and training skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
