**Preferred Qualifications**

The LAM (Logistics Account Manager) will act as the Business Owner of GSL for their assigned Country/Region/Area. The individual is expected to possess exceptional client-facing communication skills, organizational/analysis/tracking skills, project management & customer relations skills, value attention to details and capable of managing a variety of initiatives & activities within the world of Supply Chain Innovation. He/She will develop strong relationships with internal and external parties and develop strategies applicable for their assigned Country/Region/Area to drive continuous improvements to processes, customer satisfaction and reduction in operational cost.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead in driving communication in the following areas:

- Region / Country / Area Meetings - covering KPIs, Initiatives, Costs
- Field/Dispatch/Domain/OCI- covering KPIs, Initiatives, Costs, Issues
- Part Return Process in collaboration with Field team (FE Aging / Customer Return)
- DHL local management in support of GFW team.
- Escalation Management and RCCA
- Perform KPI Analysis and RCA communication - LOA, SLA, Customer Satisfaction, etc in the most appropriate format and frequency for the assigned Country/Region/Area - daily, monthly and quarterly
- Act as the Business Owner & First Point of Contact for GSL appropriate issues for the Region/Country/Area Management Team for:

- Management of escalations and work with various internal GSL teams to drive to resolutions
- Managing costs to budget
- Cost Management
- Collaborate with the GFW team and make recommendations (waste/exceptions) to Field, OCI and Planning teams
- Drive cost as % of revenue through continuous improvements, waste reduction and spares investment
- Tools and Processes
- Manage the process for analysis / trending on a weekly and monthly basis
- Drive to a standard set of tools and reporting that can be shared with the regions for their use or LAM use
- Indirect Country Spares Process Management
- Engagement with PDSM & FDP for on-boarding, off-boarding and process adherence
- SPAT approval process
- On-site Spares Process Management
- Collaborate with respective internal teams to manage T5 warehouses in the Country/Region/Areas
- Back Order Management
- Collaborate with Planning team to reduce BO and close out BO outliers
- Lead in driving for proactive and alternate solutions
- Experience / Skills:

- 10 years relevant experience in supply chain management.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience.
- Team player, receptive to change with a 'can do' attitude.
- Project management skills.
- Mastering Complexity - Capable of exercising control over a multi-activity complex environment to see things through against tight deadlines.
- Pro-active, a self-starter.
- Quality/Technical Assurance background/experience.
- Analytical thinker, and well organized with good communication skills across all levels of organization.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
