**Job Summary**:
Overall responsibility to manage, control and deliver telco projects in time, within budget & to specifications

**Job Scope**:

- Create Capital Expenditure Request (CER) for projects involving new network infrastructure build or capacity expansion. Estimation of resources and services costs that form part of the CER.
- Development of Integrated Project plans and continuous monitoring, controlling and reporting of the project unto completion.
- Procurement management on projects which includes obtaining quotes and issue of purchase requisitions in the financial system.
- Monitoring the delivery of the ordered equipment to the sites across the globe by co-ordination with vendors or Freight-forwarders.
- Manage the installation and commissioning of the network elements at sites with the support of the Field Operations team or vendors.
- Support and ensure the build-up of the equipment in the Network Inventory management system (Cramer).
- Obtain acceptance or certification of the project deliverables or Network elements from the designated Service Assurance team.
- Conduct periodic meetings with various functional teams to review, monitor and report progress on projects to the stakeholders.
- Implement best Practices on projects like documented Minutes of Meetings, Action Item/Issue Register, RACI matrix, Risk register, Check-lists, documentation and sharing of Lessons Learned.
- Work closely with various Engineering teams and LoB's for network infrastructure deployments.

Requirement:

- Overall 5-10 years of work experience in the Telecom Industry.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Networking and Telecommunication concepts and technology (IP, SDH, DWDM, Voice MPLS).
- Good understanding and experience of IP/Transport/Voice technology projects
