Sccm Engineer

Generating the Weekly Report.
- Logging JIRA ticket.
- Logging Change Management request.
- Pre-pilot UAT testing.
- Lenovo Patch downloading drivers for the Lenovo models used by clients.
- Monitoring compliance report for windows and office update.
- Build OS report and monitoring deployment status.
- Communicating with clients for vulnerability tracking with Jira request.
- Closing SR request for staff notebook software. Coordinating meeting with users and helping software to install. Closing SR’s by prior.
- Coordinating with users to get exe. or msi. files to do package and appropriate deployment groups details for software distribution ticket.
- Monthly report submission.
- Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Servers (Preferably Windows 2012/2016/2019).
- Able to Install of windows servers and has good troubleshooting skills for Wintel systems, knowledge in hardening of Wintel systems.
- Administration of Windows server with AD, DNS, DHCP and WSUS.
- File system and quota management.
- Experience and knowledge in managing VMware ESXi servers, VMware vCenter and the feature like V-Motion, Storage-Motion, HA, DRS.
- Knowledge in Microsoft cluster configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge in SAN environment and storage space management from systems side is good to have
- Understanding about the ITIL process

**Experience**:

- Sccm Engineer L2: 3 years (preferred)
