We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Wealth Management Business Analyst.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

In this role you will
- Responsible for capturing, analysing and documenting business requirements, creation of epics and writing user stories
- Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams
- Creates analysis of customer journeys, current and future business process flow, and product functionality
- Support the Product Owner and Project Manager to prioritise product backlog by providing insight based on business knowledge, investigations, and analysis
- Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed closely and remove project delivery blockers
- Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards & contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects
- Supporting the delivery production line (development, testing and implementation) ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
- Knowledge of Wealth Management, Private Banking and related business flows and project delivery experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of wealth Products (Funds / Equity / Fixed Income / Structured Products / FX / derivatives) and related execution flow and settlement flow
- Experience on digital project - native mobile App and browser and related UX/UI & in gathering business requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
- Strong understanding of Global/ Digital/ Business Transformation and Agile methodologies and best practice techniques preferred
- Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems & effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective change process
