Singapore A & L PROPERTY SERVICES Full time

Fully responsible for all matters pertaining to the proper management and maintenance of multiple small-scale developments.
- Maintain good rapport with residents and council members
- Attend Council meetings and General meetings.
- Manage the common property with due competency and efficiency and cost-effectiveness and ensure that it is kept in a state of good repair and condition.
- General administration of all building works and service contracts.
- Plan preventive works schedule, conduct, and supervises inspections to building and grounds to identify defects/irregularities and follow-up on rectification works. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or relevant facilities management or property management
- Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
- Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work well and build excellent rapport with stakeholders / partners / tenants and vendors at all levels.
