Flex Logistics is a fast-growing Healthcare Supply Chain as a Service startup in Singapore.We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated **Assistant Logistics Supervisor (Rider)**to join our highly talented team in a **fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth**

An Assistant Logistics Supervisor (Rider) is responsible for supporting the Logistics Supervisor (Rider) in managing the team of riders as well as function as a rider which includes efficiently transporting goods and packages from one location to another using motorcycle. This role requires strong time management skills, **able to work in a structured team environment**, able to work under pressure and the ability to navigate through traffic and various terrains. Most importantly, strong customer service, **there will be high degree of engagement with customers and what we deliver is quality.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor (Rider), your job responsibilities include but not limited to:
1) Supporting Logistics Supervisor in managing the team of riders.

2) Supporting Logistics Supervisor with job assignment and route allocation.

3) Supporting Logistics Supervisor with resolving any manpower issues.

4) Stepping in as a Leader in the absence of Logistics Supervisor.

5) This role will also be required to double as a rider (approximately 30% Supervisor, 70% rider)

6) Island wide collection and delivery of small parcels / documents / medications.

7) Daily reporting to office in Tuas for day briefing and job assignment.

8) Route planning for assigned jobs for the day

9) Our areas are usually clustered, but clusters will be rotated around from time to time.

10) Working Hours

a. **Mon to Friday**- 9.15am to 6.30pm

b. **Saturday**- 1.30pm to 5.00pm

c. **Sunday/PH**- 9.15am to 1pm (rotation basis)
- *Sunday/PH is rotated around, if you are tasked to work, a replacement off day will be provided within that week. _

11) Any other duties assigned.

**Requirements**:
1) Possess Class 2B valid driving license.

2) Possess own motorbike with box.

3) Valid commercial motorcycle insurance.

4) Familiar with Singapore road.

**6)**MUST be able to communicate (both written and spoken) in English as this role will be required to interface with clients.**

8) Customer service oriented, good working attitude, interpersonal and communication skills.

9) Collaborative mindset that can excel in a structured team environment.
