**Your profile**:

- 2-3 years of consulting experience in top tiers is good to have (Fresh graduates would be considered with strong academic record)
- Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting is a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities is a must
- Clear and top down communication is a must
- Fluency in business English (written and spoken) is a must
- Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively is a must
- Enthusiasm for working in teams is a must
- Customer-oriented thinking is a must
- Flexibility and willingness to travel is a must
- Interest in growth topics, GTM, pricing and sales is good to have
