**Principal Responsibilities**
- Purpose of the role is to plan, direct and control the servicing of existing direct custody clients under their portfolio. The Client Services Executive will be a point of contact, from a servicing perspective, for top tier Direct Custody and Clearing (DCC) Singapore clients
- Maintain and help increase market share of DCC SG through quality servicing of clients
- Engaged in evolving regulatory and market developments/initiatives
- Proactively advise clients of market developments in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, including preparing for and presenting during Due Diligence Visits or Service Reviews
- Manage the on-boarding of new clients, develop client service plans in conjunction with ASP and implement service improvement initiatives on a continual basis in response to clients’ needs
- Prepare quality SLA’s, RFP’s and presentation materials sent to clients
- Work closely with other stakeholders including DCC Operations, Client Executives, Sales, Digital and Data, Global Payments Solutions etc to ensure that client’s requirements are met

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years minimum experience in Securities Services preferably with in-depth knowledge of Singapore market/landscape
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in a client-facing role and knowledge in Cash processes is preferred but not essential
