**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join the Finance team on a part-time basis to focus on Accounts Payable.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Respond to all vendor enquiries regarding payment status.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintain historical records and invoices.
- Pay employees by verifying expense reports and supporting documents.
- Pay vendors by scheduling payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
- Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly vendors reports
- Support in month end closing for AP function
- Continue to improve the payment process

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- ACCA or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fast learner and able to work independently
