Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for warranty part’s order request, issue purchase order to factory, arrange and follow up on delivery status with factory and engineer
- Administer Move Order to Warehousing party, coordinate between engineer and warehousing party for Shock and Tilt handling, uncrating and crate disposal
- Perform NCDR monitoring including but not limited to:

- NCPO delivery status
- Outstanding SO
- Move Order status
- EMG/Weekend delivery status
- NCDR parts withdrawal status
- Report preparation
- Maintain inventory to ensure no stock-out situation
- Manage requests for information and data
- Follow up and resolve administrative issues and inquiries
- Provide service support related report generation
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience in Customer Service, Logistics/Freight
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
