ZALORA is currently looking to find the most talented Principal Product Manager to join our IT Engineering department. Reporting to the Director of Product Management (IT Engineering department), this role is based in Singapore as part of a multicultural distributed team. **Responsibilities**
- Lead one of our mission-based cross-functional squads consisting of Product Managers, Designers and Developers.
- Build a growth hacking roadmap by identifying opportunities to improve business goals across the customer journey.
- Analyze the user lifecycle, including the activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases, and deploy experiments to improve the lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn.

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of working experience and worked as a Product Manager before.
- In-depth knowledge of comprehensive product analytics covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion.
- Expertise in frameworks and tooling used to conduct experiments to test your ideas.
- Solid project management skills to juggle the various concurrent initiatives in your squad
- Diligent, detail-oriented and have the ability to work on discovery, prioritization and delivery of the multitude of great ideas coming your way.
- Understand e-commerce concepts and must have previous experience in e-commerce businesses.
- Guide the team to discover growth hacking opportunities within the framework of build-measure-learn.
- Hands-on approach with strong project management to meet deliverables.
