FastKey is a market-leading SaaS software suite, utilized by real estate developers and property agencies across South East Asia to efficiently market and sell new Real Estate projects. FastKey comprises of various modules, from a world-class Sales Kit and Booking engine to a CRM / Lead Management, and even a regional Agent only Project Marketplace.

We are on a mission to digitize the entire Property buying process from discovery & inquiry to booking and paperwork; and as a subsidiary of the PropertyGuru Group, FastKey we are the market-leading provider in the region.

We operate FastKey as a regional organization with a presence in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia, headquartered in Singapore (HQ).

We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to join the regional team as Principal Product Manager, based out of Singapore, to drive our Product Strategy and execution.

**Responsibilities**:
Partnering closely with regional stakeholders from Sales, Trade Marketing, Technology and Engagement (client success), you will be responsible for refining and executing on the Strategic Product Roadmap, taking products to market, and defining and achieving the organizations OKR’s; reporting directly to the Managing Director of FastKey.
- Lead the product function for FastKey
- Work hand in hand with the Technical team to develop and deploy world-class software and experiences to an agreed timeline
- Work with the Design team to champion research, User Experience and efficiency
- Work with key stakeholders to craft a future strategy for the customer. A strong understanding of marketplaces is an added advantage
- Define, report and act on key product utilization metrics from Google Analytics or other means where required
- Be a thought leader on how to retain consumers and drive the initiative along with marketing.
- Ruthlessly prioritize and align stakeholders as new priorities emerge
- Define and document user stories and requirements in Confluence & Jira
- Dig deep in sales and marketing data to understand where we should invest engineering resources and/or buy third-party software, and then recommend and/or communicate those decisions.
- Work with internal business partners and technical stakeholders to ensure their goals are being met in the products we build.
- Have a strong understanding of mobile-first product thinking

Bring a breadth of leadership experience in product and technology. Have a passion for technology and how it can be used practically to solve real problems and efficiencies. You are collaborative in nature and steer to align the organization in the right direction.

You bring a strategic mindset that combines the aspects of data-driven product development, communication, and deep creative thinking. You should have strong experience working in a senior Product role for a SAAS product, regional management experience, a collaborative spirit to drive business impact, and strong project management capabilities to drive timely deliveries with quality.
- Work closely with customers, partners, and sales teams to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; proposing a solution to address challenges and taking action based on sound analysis and judgment
- Refine a set of OKR’s for your organization that will drive optimum engagement for your customers
- Conduct business reviews with your team members in a timely manner; ensuring strong customer engagement and retention
- Working closely with customers and sales teams to win new business by providing technical knowledge support to meet business goals and objectives

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years experience leading a software delivery team (Product), preferably in Singapore or SE Asian markets.
