To assist Research Admin HOD in research administration, research KPIs & outcomes monitoring, research policy & governance, corporate communications, and Contracts & Compliance HOD in managing and reviewing research agreements for the Research Division and in matters pertaining to HBRA and NCCS STR Satellite Biobank.**1) Reporting to Research Admin & Ops (RDA) HOD**:

- Provides support and oversee the Bi-annual SingHealth OoR Research Metrics Reporting and Shared Group Balance Score Card Target setting.
- Assists in developing, maintaining and overseeing the policies and procedures governing research in NCC. Management of research-related documents in Docupedia.
- Assists in producing and maintaining corporate research materials for brochures and the research internet / Infopedia.
- Provides secretariat support for research-related meetings.

**2) Reporting to Contracts & Compliance HOD**:

- Facilitating the negotiation and execution of legal agreements with academic parties.
- Provide support to facilitate the training and guiding of scientific staff on intellectual property transactions and compliance e.g. how to fill up standard forms and agreement templates for compliance and contract negotiation respectively.
- Ensure project managers and research coordinators are reminded of the need for completeness when filling up standard forms and agreement templates.
- Tracking and managing legal agreements and maintaining legal agreement database. Act as check points for compliance requirements by sighting compliance related approval documentation where necessary.
- Assisting in matters pertaining to HBRA and PDPA.
- Assisting in management & implementation in matters pertaining to NCCS STR Satellite Biobank.
- Assists in management & implementation of ad hoc projects. Ensuring prudent use of resources, etc.

Assists in general administration and the day-to-day running of the Research Admin Office.
- Liaises & Coordinates with external stakeholders e.g. SingHealth OoR, Funding agencies, MOH etc. on matters pertaining to HBRA, Tissue Bank, compliance.

**Requirements**:

- _ Must possess a flair for writing and a good command of English to review contracts, handle minutes and draft policy papers/ presentation slides._
- Excellent oral and presentation skills for effective communication with PIs, clinicians & peers in other departments.
- Must be meticulous and have good organisational skills to create / maintain detailed records.
- Independent worker with a strong sense of initiative.
- Knowledge in Human Biomedical Research Act and/or Tissue Banking activities will have an advantage.
