**Senior Manager - IT Project Management**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced hands-on Senior Manager - IT Project Management. IT project managers work across the enterprise to ensure that IT projects of all sizes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Project managers bring their organizational savvy to the entire project life cycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and stakeholder communications. A Senior Manager, IT Project Management leads a group of experienced, professional individual contributors, providing them with guidance to achieve results. **We will count on you to**:

- Develops, communicates and oversees a Project Plan for Project teams.
- Determines team member responsibilities and holds individuals accountable.
- Coordinates development, architecture, testing and Offshore teams throughout the project life cycle.
- Identifies, manages and escalates issues and risks as appropriate.
- Works with limited supervision, provides feedback on project status and deadlines.
- Monitors progress of programs/projects through project plans and regular status meetings; to ensure stakeholder, sponsor, and/or client expectations are being met.
- Prepares regular insightful reports and communications to stakeholders; and budgets.
- Prepares project build documentation and ensure system documentation is complete.
- Corresponds with Architecture Team on high-level architecture to create Product Design documents
- Facilitates gateway reviews for business critical projects.

**What you need to have**:

- 10+ years total IT experience
- 7+ years project management experience
- Degree qualified
- Professional certification in Project Management (APM, PMBoK, PRINCE or equivalent)
- Professional certification in Agile methodologies / roles (Scrum or equivalent)
- Professional certification in cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be advantageous
