The position will be responsible for overall management of the commissioning activities related to ongoing & future upcoming projects. To provide commissioning expertise & to manage the Pre-Comm and commissioning of Topside module & packages including Compressors and power generators as per the requirement of multiple projects.

Responsible for leadership of the Commissioning Team in the development and implementation of the handover and commissioning strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

- Review and update commissioning Procedures & documents as per requirement.
- Prepare Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Procedure in accordance with equipment purchased & as per scope of work.
- Need to handle client /Class /Operations and the vendor to execute performance test.
- Able to Co-ordinate and lead pre-commissioning / commissioning activities together with commissioning technician and provide them technical support.
- Co-ordination with discipline engineers, vendors and client to solve integration issue.
- Coordinate with manufacturers/suppliers for client approval of commissioning procedures, i.e. FAT and SAT.
- Commissioning experience with Turret & its related system.
- Ensure all commissioning-related work for the facilities are in accordance with project specification and to ensure they are maintained in order to safeguard technical integrity.
- Hands-on experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of power generators (LM 2500 series). Compressors (GE & MAN Turbo), Utility generators & other fixed and rotating equipment including firefighting equipment’s.
- Work experience with Sea water treatment package will be an added advantage.
- Write up report for pre-commissioning status, defect report, outstanding items delivery, and check sheet overview monitoring progress, site technical queries, red line drawing and close-up report.
- Liaison with any vendor, suppliers, consultant, sub
- contractors and staff engaged in the project in handling all activities including procedural write-up and documentation submission in accordance with QA/QC, Safety, Commissioning and Project Procedure.
- Line walks for system completion checks.
- Preparing, monitoring and assist in Punch list.

Key Deliverables

Compressors, Power generator & utility systems
- Complete pre-commissioning and offshore commissioning as per vendor procedure & CTP’ especially for power generation (GE) / Gas compressors (GE / MAN) along with the process module commissioning.

Fixed & Rotating

Equipment commissioning
- Complete SAT & CTPs with client / Class approval’s

Dynamic testing of the liquid hydrocarbon system
- Complete the dynamic of the liquid system as per CTP.

Performance test
- Need to drive the performance test of various equipment’s.

Critical Success Factor for the Job Role:
To lead multiple projects from inception to completion. Needs to have hands on execution in commissioning the Compressors, power generators, Process modules, Air compressors/N2 generators & Utilities.
