**What the role is**
- DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, TRANSIT OPERATOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (RTS)

**What you will be working on**
- You will play a role in planning and managing the operator’s/contractors’ performance in terms of operations and maintenance of rail transit systems and facility. You will assist in the preparation of technical/tender specifications, and participate in tender evaluation and award. You will be part of a team who will manage the contract(s) to ensure fulfilment of contract obligations, interface management, managing cash-flow as well as the issuance of instructions and assessment of payments/variations/claims. During the course of the work, you are expected to liaise with various internal and external parties such as rail operators, contractors, project teams, designers, government agencies, etc. You will be involved in technical discussions, design review, system interface, testing and commissioning, and in day-to-day operations and maintenance works covering facility infrastructures, tunnels, viaduct, mechanical & electrical services, etc. You will also assist in planning and execution works in other areas of facility management such as security operations, emergency preparedness and incident management.
