**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develops and Works independently on Civil & Structural plans/schedules, detailed designs, drawings, and calculations
- Provides details for the BIM team
- Deals with shop drawings, vendor review and comment
- Coordinates all related design matters and conducts technical meetings with consultants & Clients & subcontractors
- Provides alternative design to meet better construction operation
- Handles design submission to BCA/PE
- Responsible for checking the accuracy of calculations, drawings and proposals to comply with requirements /standards;
- Supports construction on solving design issues and addresses site issues related to design;
- Provides guidance to the design coordination & BIM Modellers in carrying out the design works;
- Oversees on-site management of civil works and metal structure construction.
- Assists team working on developing necessary documents as per project requirement and in analysing output results;
- Assists team in meeting as and when needed;
- Assists in technical report writing, compiling and coordinating;
- Assists team in achieving project completion within budget and on schedule;
**Requirement**:

- Degree/ Master in Engineering (Civil)
- Design and Construction experience preferably in concreting and metal components (cable tray supports, railings, louvre windows, roofs, etc.)
- Able to work on-site.
- Proficient in using design software / BIM.
- Self-motivation, communication skills, and stress tolerance.
- Familiar with the Local authorities’ requirements for civil and structural submissions
- Willing to travel to Tuas South (company transportation provided at Boon Lay MRT)
