**The role**

We are looking for a People Data & Analytics Manager to join our HR Operations team in Singapore.

As a People Data & Analytics Manager, you will:

- Define Global Data Taxonomy based on good understanding of the HR end-to-end processes and its downstream requirement
- Partner with Workday Application team to configure data requirement, HR business process and understand the Workday behaviour to meet the end-user needs
- Create and train end-user with well established user guides, materials, etc. to drive usage. Coach master data team and Workday specialist to drive consistent Workday entry, ensuring data accuracy, completion, and timeliness, and Workday being the source of truth
- Trouble-shoot Workday system issues & behaviour when escalated, including downstream impacts to other systems integrated to Workday
- Engage in Workday integration task force to ensure the requirements and fulfilment. Provide test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure requirements fulfil operational needs
- Deploy dashboards, HR analytics, statistical analysis and predictive modelling and research on the latest data and analytical trends

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- 8-10 years in HRIS or HR Data experience
- Knowledge in Workday, modules including Core, Compensation, Performance Management, Absence, Learning and Recruiting
- A structured and process-oriented person that is resilience and adaptable to work in a fast-pace environment to build the new HR Operations framework
- Resourcefulness independence and capability to rapidly learn new systems and processes and exhibit an openness to change
