Job Description**
As Online Merchandise Associate, we believe you are passionate about selling and have a good understanding of the local customer and e-commerce landscape. You will work towards becoming an expert in your field and support our online ambition in the region. You will work closely with the rest of the local sales team and merchandising colleagues to drive profitable growth and maximizing selling for your markets. You encourage and contribute to the shared responsibility of creating and protecting an inclusive and welcoming workplace where everyone is allowed to self-identify.**

Core responsibilities includes but is not limited to:_**
- Providing analysis and actions to support and drive the online selling within the market.
- Support the setting of a market strategy to create sales net growth that is aligned with your quantified goals, short
- and long-term, in line with the regional financial plan and reduction strategy.
- Drive selling for your market, identifying selling opportunities and future potentials.
- Drive the omni-channel mindset by collaborating closely with the Market Concept Merchandiser on commercial and product focuses.
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to maximize the online selling potential by securing the right site plan, ranking and stock allocation according to the current stock situation and sales drivers.
- Review your selling constantly through structured analysis daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and provide information to the local sales team as well as global sales function.
- Contribute to the feedback to the Buying Office through Commercial Reviews.
- Monitor new income and stock moves to third party, flagging any risks to the logistics team by liaising with DC and local sales team.

- Has great analytical skills where you use analysis to take the right actions.
- You are proficient in the Office suite, including excel.
- Has a strong commercial awareness - top of mind is always to sell more.
- Previous Merchandising/e-commerce experience is meriting.
- Have an interest in product and fashion as well as an understanding of the visual impact on selling.
- You have strong local market knowledge.
