Singapore METRO (PRIVATE) LIMITED Full time

Responsible to achieve sales, drive recruitment and retention to meet the Company's set KPIs. Prepares weekly and monthly merchandise related submission and reports for management review and decision making.
- Work closely with Dept Buyer / Senior Buyer to plan out Dept A&P strategy in order to meet Store / Dept campaigns and budget;
- Support on execution of weekly Store Campaigns In-Stores & Online based on Store / Dept campaign and monthly budget;
- Liaise with brands to negotiate and provide mechanics support for the Store / Dept campaign;
- Consolidation of mechanics for submission to relevant Depts including A&P, VM, eCom and Ops;
- Work with A&P to secure communication features for the Dept / Brands in order to drive awareness, recruitment and conversion;
- Liaise with landlords to secure communication visibility for the Dept / Brands;
- Work with Metro eCom for uploads and creation on Metro eCommerce platforms;
- Tracking & reporting of competitor performance & activities;
- Prepare sales and post-mortem report for team review and discussion with brands; and
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time in order to maximize associate efficiency and flexibility.

Working Location : Ang Mo Kio

Salary Range : $1800 - $2200

Requirements:

- Diploma or GCE 'A'
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proactive, analytical and detailed
- Work well under pressure
